Visit to UPSC by two professors from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Gandhi Krishi Vignyan Kendra GKVK, Bangalore, India.
The University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), GKVK, in Bangalore is a distinguished University in its field. In an on-going effort to recruit students from abroad to UPSC and in order for foreign students to get well trained in state-of-the art plant biology, UPSC and three Departments from UAS have started discussion within a grant from the Linneus-Palme exchange program to establish future collaborations. Within this program, two professors and Head of Departments from UAS, will visit UPSC October 28 - 30 to start the discussion about a possible future collaboration.
They will give lectures about their University and activities at their Departments at UAS Wednesday October 28, between 9 -12, in KB4C10.
